Sonia’s career has taken place in the property and financial services sector, beginning at the Loughborough Building Society over 20 years ago. Sonia gained experience in underwriting and compliance at a large packaging firm and trained to become a mortgage advisor. Sonia spent many years with the Connells Group within their Estate Agencies and found a love for property.

After starting her family she took on a role as a property trader for House Buyer Bureau for 2 years, where she gained new skills in understanding property investment. In 2014 she began working alongside the HBB team to set up specialist bridging firm Apex. Over the next 8 years she progressed through roles in underwriting, business development and operations before becoming MD and successfully growing the business year on year.

Sonia joins Forecast Finance with a wealth of experience in property and lending, which will ensure that clients are placed with the right lending solutions, making the process as pain free as possible.
